Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-09-18

These terms are available in English and Mongolian. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you, the customer, and Кратос нөвлэж ХХК, registration number 7066553, Khoroo 2, 1, Door 13, Nalaikh District, Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia (“we” or “us”). By using Mora you accept these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

2. The service

Mora is software as a service for Mongolian appointment-based businesses, starting with dental and aesthetic clinics. You connect your Facebook Page and ad account with Facebook Login. When a person starts a Messenger conversation from one of your ads, Mora records which ad started it. Your staff then mark each person as Booked, Arrived and Paid (with the amount). The dashboard shows, for each ad, the spend, conversations, bookings, arrivals and revenue.

Mora does not post on your behalf, send messages, change your ads, or process payments.

3. Eligibility

Mora is for businesses only. The person using it must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Accounts

You must keep your login and the Facebook account you connect to Mora secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for how your staff use Mora. Tell us promptly if you learn of any unauthorised use.

5. Your data and your customers’ data

You are responsible for having a lawful basis under applicable law, including the Law of Mongolia on Personal Data Protection, to process your own customers’ data in Mora, and for informing your customers about it.

You must not enter health or medical information in Mora, such as diagnoses, treatment details or medical history.

You keep ownership of your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Mora uses Facebook and Messenger through Meta’s APIs. You must comply with Meta’s terms and policies, including the Meta Terms of Service, the Meta Commercial Terms, and the Messenger and Pages policies. Meta may change or restrict features outside our control, and we are not responsible for that. Mora is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

8. Early access

During early access the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may change, and it may have errors or downtime. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties of any kind.

There are currently no fees. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you can choose whether to continue.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or decisions made based on dashboard results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. During free early access, that amount may be zero.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Mora and disconnect your accounts at any time.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if the law requires it, or if your use puts the service or others at risk.

After termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and on our Data Deletion page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. If a dispute arises, we will both first try to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, the dispute will be decided by the competent courts of Mongolia.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and notify connected businesses of significant changes. If you keep using Mora after a change, you accept the updated terms.
